To celebrate the opening of their London office, our corporate client tasked us with creating a luxury evening event to expand their EU presence and to present the new London branch to the financial world.
To showcase the office’s new renovation, we kept it intimate and enhanced the space for guests to network. Guests were met with welcome cocktails and champagne upon arrival and treated to a live acoustic set guitar throughout the evening to set a relaxed and friendly environment.
As well as the office space, we had exclusive access to the rooftop terrace where music and drinks flowed all night.
We commissioned a custom bar, accompanied by customised cocktails from The 43 Club and the drinks were flowing all night long. A long grazing table with a mix of Asian inspired and British tapas dishes were on display from the brilliant Four Gables Food ,complete with surrounding bespoke menus.
Using custom plinths and displays of fresh florals scattered around the office, we created a soft, elegant feel. By adding florals at every turn and pops of coloured lighting to reflect our client’s brand colours, we created the perfect space for our client’s London launch.
