Amazon’s bi-annual All Hands event was once again virtual this May however this time, we hosted the event on the super interactive SmartStage at the Mermaid Centre.
SmartStage is an immersive video environment which enables you to choose your own bespoke background and where presenters can interact with the content around them for a more immersive presentation experience. We created the virtual panoramic bespoke background and tailed the stage-set in line with our client’s brand colours and guidelines to create the authentic Amazon feel.
The pre-recorded event was edited and streamed to over 4000 employees who enjoyed their most interactive virtual All Hands yet with music from Griff and Royal Blood to open and close the show.
Despite the ongoing challenging circumstances with Covid safety measures, we delivered an event which informed, congratulated, and celebrated the sense of community for Amazon staff.
