Upon arrival guests were greeted by lost dwarfs, unicyclists and stilt walkers directing them down the crazy mirror corridor into the party. Each arch in the vaults represented a different area of the fairground; In the two smaller arches we created an arcade graveyard alongside a dark derelict roller disco with circus style bunting and multi coloured festoon hanging from the ceiling.

In the larger arches fairground vignettes were created, consisting of corrugated iron, carnival signs, carousel horses and overgrown vines. A derelict clown car was a main focus and a great photo opportunity. Bumper cars and waltzer chairs were used to create raised seating areas overlooking the dance floor.

We utilised the venues 3d mapping and produced some ‘Metrofied’ visuals including a moving ferris wheel and roller coaster. The use of this projection tied the whole concept together, immersing the guests into this uninhabited theme park.
