When one of our Private Clients said they wanted to have a celebration in Venice we said – leave it to us, or rather ‘lascia fare a noi’.
The chosen venue was the sensational Aman Hotel; based in Palazzo Papadopoli, on the Grand Canal. The venue is as you’d imagine a pallazzo to be: grande, sweeping staircases, tall painted ceilings: the embodiment of La Serenissima. Postponed for two years due to international restrictions – the anticipation to reconnect and party reached peak levels for all involved.
From the arrival at the stunning Aman Hotel, to dancing the night away in one of the guest journey through the day and evening was seamlessly brought together by our events team. Guests enjoyed arrival drinks and canapés in the private gardens overlooking The Grand Canal, with live music, magicians and the an exclusive new concept of emotional catering with dynamic and interactive food performances by the fantastic Nu Art performers.
The seated dinner was served in the stunning ballroom and as the hotel itself describes it is the piece-de-resistance of ballrooms with incredible details and three impressive golden chandeliers. The table set up was exquisite and the 80 guests dined whilst enjoyed speeches from the hosts and performances of Vogue.
The final part of the night was full of dancing, live music and a DJ, while the entertainment continued to bring the event to life. Drinks were poured and fun was had. Postponed twice but definitely worth the wait!
